Special Anniversary Portrait

The Portrait of my Husband and little Son Julian is near completion now. I am now putting in the details and corrections. My Husband passed Oct 4 2009, and it will be an anniversary tomorrow Oct 4 2011. Two years ago. Doing this portrait has helped me with my grief of loss, because I realized that there is a different perspective in viewing Death... that it is not final, but lives through all who have loved the person, the generations of family members, particularly the younger generation. In this portrait Lil Julian does not see a "sick" Father, but a loving Father and the look is returned from Poppers (as he was affectionately known) back to his Son.
