New work and work in progress

I'm back to painting my newest work "Renaissance Dancer" which is large and has multiple figures. The dance troop Baba Ku graciously posed for me at the Renaissance Fair in Irwindale California. I can't tell you how beautiful these dancers are. The music equally enchanting as well. I had started this in the summer, but got sidetracked with my move from San Marino to Hesperia Ca. Also from my one woman show in September which went quite well. I also have a new commission which is a portrait of Lucky Baldwin by his great great granddaughter, my very good friend. (I recently completed a painting of her daughter, Natalia) He was a landowner of much of Southern Calif in the greater Los Angeles area, The Arboretum in Arcadia Ca, was his home.
