Recently completed paintings

Memorial Portrait of Coca, Anita Baldwin and The Lord family Children. The three paintings that have been "on the Easel" are now completed. The Memorial Portrait of Cocoa is for my dear friend Margaux Viera who lost her little dog from an accident (hit and run). It was very devastating.. I could only offer to make a portrait to comfort her and preserve her memory of her wonderful little dog. The Second painting, Anita Baldwin is the great great Grandmother of Margaux and is another painting made for her. The third, The Portrait of the Lord Family Children, a long time in the making, but successfully finished and will be delivered to the family this week. It is a celebration of East and West.. the Mother is Chinese American and The Dad a Westerner.. the children are shown in colorful traditional costumes. The Foo Lion figurine signifies Strength and Protection.. the little vase on the right holds a tiny American flag.
